Description: The new team member will assist in a kinesiology study exploring the effects of posture and body mechanics on musculoskeletal health. This will involve analyzing participants' movement patterns during daily activities and exercise using motion capture technology and force plates, as well as measuring muscle activation through electromyography (EMG). The results will help identify optimal movement strategies for preventing injury and improving physical function in both active and sedentary individuals.
