Description: The new research assistant will contribute to a study examining the effects of mindfulness meditation on stress reduction and cognitive performance in college students. This includes administering pre- and post-assessments using standardized questionnaires to measure stress levels and attention span, as well as conducting behavioral tasks to evaluate cognitive function. The results will provide insights into the potential benefits of mindfulness practices for enhancing mental well-being and academic performance.
