Description: The new research assistant will support a study focused on the impact of nutritional supplements on muscle regeneration following exercise-induced injury. This will involve tracking muscle recovery through strength assessments, muscle biopsies to analyze cellular repair, and blood tests to measure inflammatory markers and protein synthesis. The study aims to explore how specific supplements can enhance muscle healing and reduce recovery time in physically active individuals.
